Sea Forward will attend the 1000 Ocean Startups Annual Gathering, convening leading ocean investors, founders, accelerators, philanthropies, and ecosystem builders working to scale the blue economy. Organized as part of the World Economic Forum's 1000 Ocean Startups coalition, the gathering is designed to strengthen collaboration across ocean innovation, investment, and entrepreneurship in support of the coalition's goal to help launch and scale 1,000 ocean startups by 2030.

Organized by Sea Forward, the Office of Assemblymember Gregg Hart, UC Santa Barbara, Cerulean Ventures, and collaborators. The Summit will unite leaders in marine science, environmental policy, philanthropy, impact investing, education, and the arts — transforming individual efforts to protect our ocean into a coordinated strategy for lasting coastal and ocean resilience.
